Every year more and more people are making the decision to go vegan, and for good reason! There are so many amazing ways that veganism can improve our lives – fantastic health benefits, less stress on our environment, more efficient ways to use our resources, and many more!
I’ve been vegan for 6 years. My Mission to transform your health!
Our human body communicates with us and, when we handle it improperly, it reacts by letting us know. It sends us signals every day, but in this turbulent world, we are less and less aware of these signals. Our bodies cry out more and more for nutritious foods, regular exercise, to be more in touch with nature, and yearn even more for rest. We the people of an often crazy world, lose touch with our inner voice, allow ourselves to be bombarded daily with poisonous food, physically degrade ourselves with our sedentary lifestyle, and burden our bodies with limitless worry and stress. The time has come to rediscover being your true self! I consider it my mission to help you!










THE STUDIO
Training predominantly takes place at my partners gym. Alternatively, I can provide one to one private sessions in the comfort of your own home or even at a gym of your choice( Vienna)! I also specialise in outdoor training, using natural landscapes to get my clients performing at their best, in my "Back To Nature" scheme.
